Hello From Napa Valley , here at Solage we are trying to use only local products from Farms and local growers production and here is some of the dishes in the restaurant

texas shrimp wrapped in solbar pancetta, baby leeks, smoked almond romesco ,garlic-potato mousseline
swanton farms strawberry & rhubarb salad, buckwheat crepe, green asparagus, ricotta mousse, balsamic
Expext more Dishes , ideas ,information from other good restaurants in the Valley , diffrent locations in California and more . I will just say that i feel lucky to meet those standarts and that high level of professionalism !
