Student Yordan and his 7 Michelin Stars experience in one semester

Following the HRC Academy program, student Yordan spent his 2nd semester on an internship to the Netherlands, where he was able to experience 7(!) Michelin stars at a variety of restaurants in 6 months. After working on his days off at a 1-star Michelin restaurant, he was than able to work at the only 3-star restaurants in Holland, namely De Librije and Oud Sluis. What an extraordinary achievement for Yordan in less than 6 months!
